Ghanti Bajao: Why didn't Bal Thackeray shave after 2004?

Aditya Thackeray reached Delhi in order to invite Manmohan Singh and Sonia Gandhi to swearing-in ceremony personally. The Thackeray government will rule in Maharashtra from tomorrow but the identity Shiv Sena had during Bal Thackeray's presence is missing. Today in this special report we talk about the fourth pledge of Bal Saheb Thackeray. It was of not shaving. But why did Bal Thackeray not shave after 2004?
