Galwan valley stand-off: How did the clashes unfold?
20 Indian Army soldiers were martyred in Galwan region of Eastern Ladakh across the LAC in a violent stand-off between Indian and Chinese Army. These are the first deaths of troops (in combat) along the LAC in nearly 45 years. And India says it happened because the Chinese ‘departed from the consensus’ to respect the Line of Actual Control (LAC) in the Galwan Valley.
ANI has also claimed that as many as 43 soldiers have died on the Chinese side. Watch how the clashes unfolded.
