FM announces corporatisation of ordnance factory boards

Finance Minister Nirmala Sitharaman in her press conference said that for a Self-reliant India, the 'Make in India' mission is absolutely necessary. She said that for enhancing Self Reliance in Defence Production, "we will notify a list of weapons/platforms for a ban on import with year-wise timelines.
