Eyewitness policeman narrates story of Kanpur encounter

Eyewitness policeman narrated the story of Kanpur encounter, where 8 policemen were killed. The main accused Vikas Dubey of the crime has been killed in an encounter. Vikas Dubey was traced to famous Mahakal temple in Ujjain, Madhya Pradesh where he surrendered and was being taken to Kanpur. However, en route, he was shot dead by the UP Police when he attempted to escape after an accident near Kanpur on Friday morning.
