Explained: Is India headed towards third wave of Coronavirus now?

Doctor Arvind Kumar was LIVE on ABP News and he talked how the deadly impact of the second wave of Coronavirus had decreased but he added that the trouble was not over as yet. He also said that the strain of COVID which is likely to infect children more was already present in India since the first wave. Dr Arvind also talked about the third wave of Coronavirus.
