Drone Festival 2022: PM Modi says India has the potential of becoming global drone hub
Prime Minister Narendra Modi inaugurated India’s biggest drone festival, Bharat Drone Mahotsav 2022 on Friday at Delhi’s Pragati Maidan. He also interacted with the Kisan drone operators and startups in the drone exhibition center. PM Modi also digitally launched 150 remote pilot certificates during the event.
After the inauguration, PM Modi addressed the participants of the event. During his address, he urged all the officials present there to watch the exhibition stating that many stalls have good governance ideas.
He also said that for years, there was a fear of technology amongst the people that hindered the development of the country. However, after 2014, the country has seen technological growth.
