DRDO sub-machine gun to be inducted in armed forces soon
Defence Research and Development Organisation (DRDO) has developed a 5.56x30 mm sub machine gun which has cleared the defence trials. The gun will soon be added in armed forces. This is an Indian gun has a joint protective venture carbine (JVPC) and is a gas-operated semi-automatic weapon. On the other hand, its rate of fire is more than 700 rounds per minute. This is a huge achievement for the defence of India
