Discussion over Citizenship Amendment Bill will begin at 12 noon in RS

The contentious Citizenship Amendment Bill will be tabled in Rajya Sabha today. The bill was passed in Lok Sabha two days ago. The ruling Bharatiya Janata Party is confident that the proposed legislation will be passed by the House with a comfortable majority. The discussion on the bill and its details will begin at 12 noon in the Upper House aka Rajya Sabha
