Delhi violence: Sonia Gandhi, Manmohan Singh arrive at Rashtrapati Bhavan

Interim Congress Chief Sonia Gandhi and former Prime Minister Manmohan Singh have reached Rashtrapati Bhavan to meet President Ramnath Kovind. Gandhi will handover a memorandum to President Kovind over the violence that took place in Delhi. Earlier, Sonia Gandhi had targeted both Centre and state government over violence in Delhi.
