Delhi University begins 'Open Book Exam'

The Delhi High Court had given its nod for the conduct of online Open Book Examinations (OBE) for final-year students of Delhi University earlier. From today, after a lot of delay DU has begun the open book exam. However, students are complaining that due to technical issues, they were unable to upload answer scripts in time. The duration of exam was of 4 hours.
