Delhi students show excitement as schools, colleges reopen | Coronavirus India Update

Schools in Delhi, Uttar Pradesh, Kerala, Odisha, and Bihar reopened on Monday, February 7th, for students in Classes 9-12, while the Omicron-led third wave in India shows a declining trend. In December of last year, schools in the national capital were closed due to a spike in coronavirus infections. Meanwhile, in the last 24 hours, India reported 83,876 new COVID-19 cases and 895 deaths, bringing the total number of active cases in the country to 11,08,938.
