Delhi: Several areas witness heavy traffic-jam after downpour

In Delhi, the weather took a turn on Monday amidst clouds and there was heavy rain in many places. According to the Meteorological Department (IMD), there will be similar rains in the capital till August 19.

At the same time, people are facing problems due to waterlogging on the roads due to heavy rains in many places.  Traffic jam has started in some places.
