Delhi HC cancels election of AAPs Jitendra Tomar in 2015

In a big blow of Aam Aadmi Party, Delhi High Court has cancelled the election of Jitendra Tomar as an MLA in 2015 Assembly election. Delhi HC found Tomar guilty of providing false information in his election affidavit and hence nullified it.

Tomar was also a minister in AAP government. However, Tomar has been given a ticket by AAP again in 2020 Assembly elections.
