Criminal justice system needs to be fixed: Delhi CM Kejriwal

Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal was addressing media when he said that criminal justice system needed to be fixed. All the four accused in Hyderabad gangrape and murder case have been killed in police encounter on Friday. The accused were trying to escape during investigation which was when the police officials took the extreme step.
