Covid Vaccination: 'Historic day for us', says Adar Poonawalla

The first batch of Serum Institute of India's Coronavirus vaccine has been transported to several cities. It was shipped from Pune today. Over 14 tonnes of Oxford-AstraZeneca vaccines took off from Pune in ten flights and landed in the states.

Adar Poonawalla, the CEO of the Serum Institute of India was very elated in sharing the information and considered this as a historic day for the nation.
