China's Foreign Ministry offers to resolve dispute by negotiation | Master Stroke

China, on Wednesday, said that the situation on the border with India is "completely stable and controllable". The Ministry further stated that both countries have appropriate mechanisms and communication channels to resolve issues through dialogue and deliberation. 

In the backdrop of the ongoing standoff between the Indian and Chinese forces on the Line of Actual Control (LAC), a spokesman for the Foreign Ministry of China made these comments.
