China sends faulty testing kits to India as 'help'

It is said that a crisis reveals the true face of people. The saying seems to be true for China as the country has revealed its true face by sending faulty testing kits to 'help' India. This has happened when India is reeling from the effect of Coronavirus Covid-19 with over 23000 infected and over 700 dead. 

Meanwhile, Union Minister Dr. Harsh Vardhan revealed that faulty kits will be returned and India hasn't paid for the kits yet.
