China planning for a 'cyber attack' on India?

As per the information, China is probably planning for a cyber attack on India taking benefit of coronavirus crisis in the country. The suspicious email-id is ncov2019.gov.in.

The email id will direct users to indulge in the free test of coronavirus. If speculations are to be believed, around 20 lakh people are on China's target for this attack. Watch the details here in this segment.
