Charanjit Singh Channi BREAKS DOWN while addressing media after oath ceremony

New Punjab Chief Minister Charanjit Singh Channi got emotional while addressing the media after the oath ceremony. The leader thanked Congress for the elevation. He added that he would work for the betterment of the common man. "Kisan dooba toh Punjab doob jaayega," he added.
