CAA protests: Section 144 imposed after protesters pelt stones, torch vehicles

In order to keep anti-Citizenship Amendment Act protests under control, internet services have been suspended in Mau. On the other hand, section 144 has been imposed as well. Due to this action, universities, schools will remain shut as well. 
On the night of December 16, protesters had pelt stones, torched vehicles and took law in their hands.
