Breaking News: Armed Assailants Fire at Patna AIIMS Officer's Vehicle | Bihar News

A shooting incident involving the Chief Security Officer of Patna AIIMS occurred on the night of August 22 on a flyover in Khagaul. The officer, who was sitting inside his car at the time, narrowly escaped injury. The attackers, riding a motorcycle, fired shots and quickly fled the scene. Preliminary indications suggest that the assailants intended to intimidate rather than cause serious harm. Following the incident, the police have launched an investigation to identify and apprehend the perpetrators. Notably, the name of RJD legislator Ritalal Yadav’s brother has surfaced in connection with the case, adding to the complexity of the investigation. The authorities are working to ascertain the motive behind the shooting and ensure justice is served.
