Bihar rickshaw pullers cry while narrating their woes

Rickshaw pullers, cart pullers cried as they narrated their woeful story to ABP News in Bihar. Many of them revealed how they did not have any work since the beginning of the lockdown. This is why they were bound to live under bridges.
One of them questioned the scheme of government of sending Rs 1000 to poor families. "Those with bank accounts got the money but what about us? Also Rs 1000 is not enough," Pramod Gupta added
