Bihar: Labourer returning from Gujarat sent home without quarantine

Meet Rahul, a resident of Bihar's Vaishali. Rahul was a migrant labourer in Gujarat who had returned days ago from Shramik Express. As per protocol, Rahul, along with the rest of the labourers should have been taken to a quarantine center. However, while en route to the quarantine center, the bus dropped him off near his village and he walked his way to his home. This has exposed serious irresponsibility on the part of local administration.
