Bihar govt demands special trains for stranded migrants

Bihar government has demanded special trains to bring back the stranded migrants from other states. According to Bihar's Deputy Chief Minister, Sushil Kumar Modi, lakhs of people from Bihar are stuck in other states. It is not possible to bring them back by bus, so special trains should be arranged for them. On Wednesday, the Ministry of Home Affairs allowed the movement of stranded migrants, workers, students, tourists and others.
