BIG BREAKING: BJP emerges as dominant force in five-state elections

The results of the five-state Assembly elections have sent a strong political message across India. The BJP has reaffirmed its position as the most dominant national political force, although challenges remain in South India. The party retained power in Assam, securing a third consecutive term. In West Bengal, BJP achieved a historic victory by defeating Mamata Banerjee’s TMC and ending its 15-year rule. A key highlight was BJP leader Suvendu Adhikari defeating Mamata Banerjee in the Bhabanipur seat by over 15,000 votes. In Tamil Nadu, actor Vijay’s party TVK emerged as the largest party, delivering a surprising outcome. In Kerala, Congress made a strong comeback and formed the government. Meanwhile, in Puducherry, the NDA alliance managed to retain power with its allies. Overall, the results reflect shifting political dynamics, with two major surprises in West Bengal and Tamil Nadu shaping the national narrative.
