Bhagwant Mann's oath ceremony delayed due to bad weather | Ground Report
At Khatkar Kalan, Bhagat Singh's ancestral hamlet, Aam Admi Party (AAP) leader Bhagwant Mann is ready to be sworn in as Punjab chief minister. Arvind Kejriwal, the AAP's national convener, as well as all of the party's Punjab MLAs, will attend the AAP-only event. Charanjit Singh Channi, the outgoing chief minister, was not invited to the inauguration. The AAP won 92 seats in the 117-member Punjab legislature, the state's largest victory to date. However, the swear-in ceremony is said to be delayed from the scheduled time.
