After backlash, Sanjay Raut withdraws remark on Indira Gandhi
Following a furor and the opposition's attempts to make political capital out of Shiv Sena MP Sanjay Raut's comment claiming a link between former Prime Minister Indira Gandhi and mafia don Karim Lala, Raut on Thursday retracted his comments.
