Shikhar Samagam being organised by Hindustan, in Srinagar on Monday. Manoj Sinha spoke about the changes in Jammu and Kashmir after the abrogation of article 370. Also, he mentioned about cases which led to violence like when two J&K doctors suspended for plotting a fake rape-murder postmortem of two women.
