AAP, Swati Maliwal Lock Horns Over Assault Case Video, Bibhav Kumar Gets NCW Notice — What We Know So Far

In the latest updates about Aam Aadmi MP Swati Maliwal assault case, a team of the Delhi Police on Friday arrived at the residence of Bibhav Kumar, an aide of Delhi CM Arvind Kejriwal. Kumar is an accused in the case involving former DCW chief Maliwal. The cops returned from Kumar's residence after they were not allowed to enter the premises.

On Friday, Swati Maliwal went to Tis Hazari court to record her statement before a magistrate about the alleged assault on her by Kejriwal's aide Kumar. An FIR was registered on Thursday in connection with the assault on Maliwal after she filed a complaint with the Police. Bibhav Kumar has been named in the FIR.
