Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal has reportedly lost eight kilograms since his arrest on March 21, according to a statement from the Aam Aadmi Party (AAP). Kejriwal, currently detained in Tihar Jail, has experienced significant weight loss, prompting medical recommendations for dietary adjustments.

The Delhi High Court issued an interim stay on Friday against the bail granted to Kejriwal by a trial court in connection with a money-laundering case related to his government's now-repealed excise policy. The high court is expected to announce its reserved verdict on the trial court's bail decision next week.

Expressing concern, the AAP stated, "The continuous weight loss of the Delhi chief minister is deeply concerning."
