1984 Sikh riots could have been averted: Manmohan Singh

In a huge revelation, Doctor Manmohan Singh said that 1984 Sikh riots could have been averted if the then Home Minister Narsimha Rao would have listened to IK Gujral. While divulging the information, he further said that IK Gujral had suggested to call for army but Rao did not do so. Manmohan Singh was speaking at the 100th birth anniversary of former PM Gujral
