16 people run away from Bulandshahr's quarantine centre

Sixteen people managed to escape the quarantine centre of Uttar Pradesh's Bulandshahr. The people who were isolated, shot a video and complained of not getting food on time. Out of these 16 people, police caught 11 but five others are still at large. Such an act increases the risk of infection among others.
