Gen VP Malik expresses dissatisfaction over new marshal uniform
General Ved Prakash Malik PVSM, AVSM served as the 19th Chief of Army Staff of the Indian Army from 30 September 1997 to 30 September 2000. He was the Army Chief during the Kargil War. Rajya Sabha has its own traditions and it should follow them, ranks and uniform are earned by Army and Navy, says Gen VP Malik.
