This morning, Devendra Fadnavis took oath as Chief Minister and Ajit Pawar as deputy CM. Since then things have changed drastically in the state. Shortly after Nationalist Congress Party (NCP) President Sharad Pawar washed his hands off nephew and senior NCP leader Ajit Pawars move to ally with the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) and form the government in Maharashtra, Supriya Sule indicated that the family and party have "split".Shiv Sena President Uddhav Thackeray, who also spoke on the occasion, expressed concern over "the kind of political games going on in the country"."First it was in Bihar, then Haryana and now Maharashtraa. They break parties and legislators, and we exposed them. We are together with the NCP now and shall take the future steps unitedly," Uddhav Thackeray asserted.
