EXPLAINED | Additional CP EOW shares how 'Mahathug' Sukesh Chandra operated

The Economic Offenses Wing (EOW) of Delhi Police had filed a charge sheet in Delhi's Patiala House Court against the gangster Sukesh Chandra Shekhar, his wife Leena and the rest of the accused. As per the charge sheet, Sukesh Chandra Shekhar has confessed to earning crores of rupees through forgery.
