Experts explain why Coronavirus cases are on a rise in India again
More than 1.07 lakh cases of infection have been reported in the last 24 hours, which is the highest in a day since the epidemic started. Many states including the capital Delhi, Maharashtra and Punjab have decided to impose mini lockdown, night curfew and other restrictions to curb the rising cases. Experts, doctor Anshuman and DK Gupta added that 70% of the people need to be vaccinated to curb the virus and develop 'herd immunity'.
