Draft prepared of Common Minimum Programme

Draft has been prepared by NCP, Shiv Sena and Congress of Common Minimum Programme. But still it is unclear that who will be the CM of Maharashtra. All parties have individually and jointly assured that the new government would be in place at the earliest to bring the state out of President's Rule. The BJP and Shiv Sena, which fought the October 21 state elections in alliance, secured a comfortable majority by winning 105 and 56 seats, respectively, in the 288-member Assembly.
