Draft of Common Minimum Programme to be approved by the three parties

Thursday's meetings were held in "a very cordial, free and frank atmosphere" and the discussions chiefly pertained to the Common Minimum Programme (CMP) being worked out by the three prospective allies. Draft of Common Minimum Programme have to be approved by all the three parties before accpetance and implementation.
