Delhi Pollution: Need to make joint action plan, says Gopal Rai

With the onset of winter, air pollution becomes a challenge in Delhi. To deal with pollution, this time the Delhi government has announced to prepare a winter action plan for Delhi. Along with this, Delhi's Environment Minister Gopal Rai has also asked the Air Quality Management Commission, constituted by the Central Government and the Union Environment Minister, to prepare a joint action plan.
