Delhi News : LG sought report from Chief Secretary regarding corruption in government schools | AAP
Delhi Lieutenant Governor Vinai Kumar Saxena has sought a report from the Chief Secretary on the delay in construction of additional class rooms in Delhi government schools. According to the information received, the Lieutenant Governor has sought a report from the Chief Secretary of Delhi on the delay of two and a half years by the Vigilance Department in taking action on the CVC inquiry report in the construction of additional classes in government schools of Delhi. The report found irregularities and procedural lapses in the projects. The report was sent by CVC to Secretary, Vigilance on 17 February 2020, seeking comments for further investigation/action.
