Delhi High Court issues notice to 5 including Rahul-Sonia in NHC

The Delhi High Court has issued notices to Rahul Gandhi, Sonia Gandhi, Congress General Secretaries Oscar Fernandes, Suman Dubey, Sam Pitroda and Young India in relation to the National Herald case. The High Court has sought reply to the notice by 12 April. On February 19, Swamy had moved the court against a trial court order declining his application to lead evidence to prosecute Sonia Gandhi, her son and others in the case.
