Constitution expert Subhash Kashyap explains govt and opposition' stand on CAB 2019

Constitution expert Subhash Kashyap while talking to news agency ANI talked briefly on opposition and government's stand on Citizenship Amendment Bill.
Kashyap said, "Article 14 is being cited in this case. It says that there shall be equality before law. The opposition is saying that the citizenship amendment bill is violation of article 14. There are many judgements of the supreme court which says that reasonable classification is possible and it won't be a violation of fundamental right."
