Assam two-child policy & state govt benefits; know all about it

Assam Chief Minister Himanta Biswa Sarma has taken a big decision. He said that the parents of more than two children in the state may be deprived of the benefits of government schemes. However, the proposed population control policy will not be immediately applicable to all schemes in Assam, as many benefits are offered by the central government.
