MP: Ratlam People Risk Lives As They Cross Swollen Drain

Residents of Ratlam are bound to cross a drain with the help of ropes. They risk their lives daily as they cross the swollen drain on a rope. They are bound to do that in order to reach school, offices, etc.
This is happening as the administration never focussed on this drain and never made a proper bridge to cross it
During monsoon, the drain becomes swollen and quite dangerous
