When the Judicial Inquiry Commission got to Hathras, it was time to start recording all of the eyewitness testimony. A stampede that broke out at a Satsang led by 'Bhole Baba' on July 2 left at least 123 people dead and numerous others injured. This occurs one day after a magistrate court sentenced Devprakash Madhukar, the main accused in the July 2 Hathras stampede, to 14 days in judicial detention, according to officials cited by news agency PTI. Furthermore, they added that Sanju Yadav, another suspect who was detained in relation to the crime, was also imprisoned for the same amount of time.
