MIM leader Syed Matin badly bashed up by Shiv Sena workers for opposing condolence proposal of Atal Ji

A corporator of the All India Majlis-e-Ittehadul Muslimeen (AIMIM) was assaulted in the Aurangabad municipal corporation for reportedly opposing a condolence motion which the civic body passed on former Prime Minister Atal Bihari Vajpayee's demise.

The video of the incident, shared by Maharashtra Times, shows Matin being manhandled in the corporation by the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) members, who accused him of being anti-national.
