Meerut: Girls quit Madarasa fearing molestation, parents write letter to PM
An incident of UP’s Meerut has come to light recently where four sisters who were forced to leave their studies in Madarasa due to fear of molestation at the hands of local goons, wrote to PM about their insecurity.
The four sisters had to quit studies after being perturbed by four boys living in their neighbourhood. Despite remaining indoors, the goons entered their house and started teasing and threatening them. The sisters have alleged that the police also overlooked their complaint.
As their final resort, they wrote a letter to Prime Minister Modi narrating their grievances.
