Madhya Pradesh polls: Congress releases election manifesto | 2019 Kaun Jeetega (10.11.2018)

Ahead of the much crucial Assembly polls scheduled to take place later this month, Congress party has released its election manifesto for Madhya Pradesh on Saturday. While announcing the media – which it calls the ‘Vachan Patra’ – senior party leader Kamal Nath told media that it is a historic day for Madhya Pradesh as we are not announcing a manifesto but a ‘Vachan Patra’ (Promise letter). “Today every section of Madhya Pradesh is troubled and we have made this vachan patra after discussing the issues with everyone,” he said.
