Jammu Kashmir: Alert of attack by Jaish-e-Mohammed was issued in advance

An alert was issued by the intelligence agencies that an attack by Jaish-e-Mohammed terrorists may be possible between February 9 to 11. Security forces were hence alert about such an attack but still the attackers succeeded in doing what they planned for. This was planned by the attackers as Afzal Guru's anniversary was on Feb 9.
The attack on army brigade is done by Jaish-e-Mohammed only
