J&K Independent leader Engineer Rashid appeals PDP-NC to from coalition govt.

Jammu and Kashmir's independent leader Engineer Rashid has appealed PDP AND NC to form a coalition government in the valley.
He said, "I urge them to come together and form the government. They should together send a message to Delhi that we don't need them anymore in the valley."
